1. Introduction
These terms govern access to and use of the bronixia.es website and the contracting of BronixIA's services. By accessing this site or contracting our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or contract our services.

The website and the services offered are managed by BronixIA, with registered address in Spain and contact address pablo@bronixia.es.
3. Use of the website
Users undertake to use the website lawfully, in accordance with current legislation and these terms. The following is prohibited:
- Using the site for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Introducing viruses, malware or any harmful code.
- Attempting unauthorised access to systems or data belonging to BronixIA or third parties.
- Reproducing, distributing or modifying the content without express authorisation.
4. Services offered
BronixIA offers custom software development, artificial intelligence, technology consulting, integrations, mobile applications and digital commerce services. Each project is defined through a specific agreement setting out its scope, timelines, prices and particular conditions.
5. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, images, logos, code, design) is owned by BronixIA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Intellectual property rights over custom-developed software are governed by the specific contract for each project.
6. Limitation of liability
BronixIA makes every effort to ensure the availability and accuracy of the website and its services, but cannot guarantee them absolutely. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the use of the site or from the inability to access it, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
